If he is healthy and you are keeping him, just make sure to show him lots of love and attention, make sure he doesn't do a lot of jumping until you find out what is wrong with his leg. Let him get to know your other pets, don't keep them separated. Just make sure he is eating, and if he is around the age of 6-9 weeks then I would pick up some of that kitten formula (like baby formula) from a pet store and give him a little bit to help with his immune system and bones.
