If you had to be part of a human centipede (like the movie) which place would you take, front, back or middle?

I watched that movie only because you'd asked whether it was good or not the other day, but I hate it. The movie is sick, inhuman and stupid to say the least. Read the medical comments on IMDb to know why it's 100% medically inacurate.
