Will my dog be okay? Did the vet do it incorrectly?

It takes time for the sack that covers the testicles to shrink. It would be a very good idea to have a vet Look at him! Something doesn't sound right about this whole thing,,,also take all documentation that you have with your dog....so the vet can see it!
