Why won't my 1999 Dodge Durango start?

I had some issues with it acting up in the past not wanting to start, and when I put a new battery in it about 3 months ago it fixed them. But now when you turn the key, it clicks once and the car doesn't attempt to do anything after that. The battery tests good, so I'm thinking ignition switch or the starter. Can anybody else give me some input?
