Why do so many Hispanic-Americans speak such poor Spanish?

You want someone that has been educated in formal...or Castillian Spanish. The majority that come to the USA only speak a combination of Spanish and English...ie; "Spanglish". Hire the ones that speak formal Spanish and can prove it.
