How do i long onto Microsoft Outlook?

I signed up for microsoft outlook and every time in get to the part where it attempts to log on it always fail and when the log on box always show up every couple of seconds I really need help and i used google for help and none of the websites i went to helped me at all and i really need to use microsoft outlook.
