Why doesn't the U.S. mandate that mangled bodies of drunk driving accidents be put on beer bottles?

Great question-makes me glad I roll my own smokes. Furthermore, as far as I can recall, the tobacco industry is the only one that the GOV has really made an example of. I can't believe they would waste their energy on this. Why not get the Fluoride out of the water instead, as that affects most of the populace?
